journalists (name and lanyard). Have a list of
credentialed journalists.
Have directions and parking passes sent through
email and also printed copies.
Have printed seating charts, and employees
available to lead journalists to press box.
Have a table set up with employees at Door 7
for check-ins.
Have printed materials in packet or folders.
Hospitality
Have food tables set up in media room and
outside press box (sandwiches, chips, water and
soft drinks. )
Food, drinks and snacks set out.
Have emplyee monitoring food supply.
Pre and Post Game
Have media guide, printed rosters with probable
starters and game notes at stations in press box
and online.
Have employees keeping track of stats, printing
stats and delivering to journalists at the end of
every quarter. Also have available online.
Media Parking
Have employee directing media where to park in
garage off 21 South St.
Have employee directing media broadcast trucks
where to park in parking lot behind stadium on
21 South St.
Have employee with printed parking passes at
the front of the garage and parking lot.
Have list of credentialed journalists and parking
diagram planned and printed.
Technology
Have wifi username and password posted in
media room
Have landline inputs available in media room and
press box.
Have employee monitoring internet speed/traffic
in media room and press box.
Employees
Have employees posted at media check-in,
parking lot and garage, media room and press
box.
Have employees directing photographers to
sidelines and journalists to press box. Also, have
employees directing media to press conference
and media room.
Have security posted at media check-in, parking
lot and garage, media room, press box and press
conference.
