    Consequent upon centrolizction of medical payments vide Medical


    Services Division circular NO.MSD/O1/20 17 dated 16.10.2017 through which
    all medical payments i.e. penel hospital bills, reimbursement of
    hospitalization and permission/reimbursement of special medical ceiling are
    being made by Head Office. To ovoid un-necessary delay and to ensure
