ABSTRACT

The low quality of employee services to the community in making e-KTPs

in Widasari Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency is due to the lack of staff prepared in
the service area, lack of willingness and ability to explain information and lack of
responsiveness in serving the community. Based on these problems the authors
are interested in conducting research by taking the title: "The Effect of Service
Quality on Community Satisfaction in Making e-KTPs in Widasari District,
Indramayu Regency".

This research method is an explanatory survey with sampling through the

Layered Random Sampling Technique, and the number of samples was 91 people
from a population of 956 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires,
observation and study of literature Analysis and about the influence of the
independent variables namely the quality of service with the dependent variable
community satisfaction in making e.KTP used path analysis.

Based on the results of data processing and reliability testing for the
independent variable service quality and the dependent variable patient
satisfaction shows significant results, this means the test results that form the two
variables namely the variable quality of health services and community
satisfaction in making e-KTP including the criteria for reliability. In this regard,
the research data can be used and deserve further analysis.

The path coefficient test results appear only one variable, namely the
reliability variable which shows significant results (significantly different). Thus
the reliability variable has a significant influence on community satisfaction in the
creation of e-KTP, while the variable dimensions of service quality reliability,
responsiveness, confidence, empathy and tangibility show significant results.
