Programme Questionnaire

A. Programme Information

The NUS Enterprise Summer Programme is targeted at undergraduate students currently

enrolled in university, majoring in any discipline, with a keen interest in entrepreneurship. This
residential programme conducted over two weeks, offering a unique opportunity for local and
foreign participants to learn about how one of the smaller nations in the world has progressed
from a trading port to a destination for international commerce and investment. Besides being
a dynamic and globally connected city-state, Singapore is also ranked as one of the most
competitive economies globally.

1. By proceeding with the application, you understand that the programme fee is SGD$3,000
(inclusive of 7% GST and Miscellaneous Students Fee) and includes accommodation at a
student hostel and some meals in the NUS campus. The fee does not cover airfare and
airport taxes, travel insurance, visas and personal expenses. The programme is
scheduled to take place between 14 to 27 July 2019 in Singapore.

2. Please prepare the following documents to be included into your online application:

• A copy of your Passport page which shows your name and nationality.
• A copy of your Academic Transcript with grade legend issued by your Home University
(with English translation, if applicable).
• Financial Documentary Proof in English.
• A letter from your Home University certifying that you are a current student registered with
the University.
• A copy of your English Language proficiency, if your Home University medium is not in
English (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS, MUET, etc.).
• A PDF copy of a fully answered questionnaire. Please see Section B for the
questionnaires.

Application closes 11:59pm (SGT), April 12, 2019.

As part of the application, you are required to answer all of the following questions and attach a
copy of your response in PDF format at the end of your online application.

Applications without completing the questionnaires will not be considered for selection.
