Age

 The lower quartile lies at the mid-point between from the two central value is 23. From the data,
it has been observed that the mid-point age from the lower quartile is 23.
 The upper quartile lies at the mid-point of 73 is 30. From data, the mid-point age of all the
respondents is 30.
 The interquartile range from the respondents for the data set 32.
Height

 The lower quartiles lies at the mid-point between from the two central values is 160.02
 The upper quartile lies at the midpoint of 73 is 160.
 The interquartile range for the data set is therefore 73-109.5 still 160.
 Therefore, the distribution of data on heights are all the same number of 160.
Weight

 From the data, the mid-point of weight from the lower quartile is 64.
 From the data, the upper quartile lies at the midpoint weight of 69.
 Interquartile range of weight of the respondents based on the location is 73-109.5 is 54.

 Based on the graphs for age, the bell-shaped curve allocated on the left side of the graph shows that
the distribution for age is negatively skewed. Most of the respondents have the of age below the
mean ranging from 20 – 45. It is also clear from the graph, the most number of age ranges from 25
– 29 years old respondents of the survey. There were only few respondents ageing above the mean
(46 – 50 years old).
 The graphs shows that the data for weight is moderately negatively skewed because most of the
respondents weigh from 40-70 is slightly above the mean. It shows that respondents weighing light
or moderate. There were respondents weighed 50- 55 kilograms and few of them weighed above
75-100.
 Data shows that respondents’ height are moderately skewed. These also tells that respondents’
height range a bit higher than the mean wherein most of them measured their heights between 150
cm to 170 cm.

From the graph, the annualized gross income of the respondents has the highest value of Php. 2,920,000
and the least annualized income is Php.24,000.00. Counting the frequency of their income, it has been
found out that there were 16 of the respondents who got the same income of Php. 249,048.00. From the
data, the respondents that has the same income are all Teacher 1 positions. The highest annual income is
2,920,000.00 which come from business that generated weekly of 70,000.00 and the lowest annual
income is 33,600.00 which come from in small business that is generated weekly of 500.00.

 Based on the table, common issues that the respondents encountered is slow internet
speed which has the highest number/rate based on the data recorded, and unstable internet
connection. And the suggested solution is improved internet provision to costumers and
installation of more infrastructures like cell sites, lines and etc. that can help or solved on
the common issues of the respondents.
The graph shows clearly on the results of common issues encountered on using the
internet and the solution to improve internet connection.

3. From the table shown, the item given from the skills of level of achievements of the students in
computer literacy has above average of actual mean from the expected mean. Meaning students
have already a background on using computer or they are already skilled in using computer. In
the flow charting item, students got the below average. Learners still have the poor and
understanding on flow charting. Standard deviation shows that item number 4 is the most difficult
or least learned skill among in the test item. Which can also be seen on the expected mean over
the actual mean.

Based on the data from the Philippine Statistics Office- Region VIII- Eastern Visayas, the annual growth
rate of Biliran from year 2000-2010 is 1.82% of the total population from the year 2000. This means that
population is increasing by 2 persons per year which is the lowest rate among the other province/city. While
Eastern Samar, Leyte, Tacloban, Northern Samar and Samar has a growth rate of 1.83%. Among the
provinces and City in Region VIII, Leyte has the most number of population and has a dynamic and varied
increase of population per year from 2000 to 2010. By 2011 to 2015, there was an abrupt decrease of
population increase to around 55 – 58 persons per year. The data does not show reasons for decrease of
population but the speculations could be due to population control and family planning.
