Cancellation and Early Checkout Policy

Should your plans change, be sure to inform within the following
guidelines for a refund of your deposit. A cancellation number will be given
to insure proper return of the deposit. If the cancellation does not meet
guidelines, the deposit will be retained.
For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will
be charged as such if the remainder of the reservation can not be
rebooked. If unsure of the policy, contact the hotel for clarification.
Please note a multiple room reservation is added together for the total of
"reserved nights". For example, two rooms reserved for four nights would
be 8 reserved nights. For this example, the 8 reserved night's cancellation
period is 14 days.

Hotel JW Marriott
Marriott will generally require you to cancel hotel bookings 48 to
72 hours before check-in but it depends on the type of room
rate that you booked and on what the policy is for the individual
hotel that you booked.
Hotel Hilton

Currently, Hilton allows travelers to cancel their hotel stay up to

24 hours in advance without any repercussions. However, the
company is recommending a new policy to its owners that
would enforce a 48-hour advance notice on cancellations, with
some locations requiring 72-hour advance notice.

The new policy is expected to go into effect by the end of July,

with penalties remaining unchanged. Travelers who fail to
submit a cancellation within 48 (or 72) hours will be charged for
one night of the booking. This policy will be implemented at the
hotels currently managed by Hilton, while Hilton franchises and
properties run by other management companies will be able to
determine their own cancellation policy.

Hotel Oberoi
Reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the planned
date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the
arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's
accommodation charge.

Hotel Vivanta By Taj

Cancellation allowed 7 days prior to Check In date. The hotel
reserves the right to charge penalty for the duration of the
stay if cancelled within the cancelation period.
