ABSTRACT

Water is a universal solvent. Immense is its dissolving power. Similarly, some persons have dissolving capacity.
They can dissolve i.e. convince all and everybody. Thus, they can conquer the head and the heart of all. They are really
genius. They possess infinite wisdom. Generally, a successful politician possesses this dissolving capacity. As such a
politician is solvent.

INTRODUCTION

Creative writing is based more on manifestation rather than on expression. It does not inform rather reveals, so
this style of writing bears no reference. The best creative writing is critical, and the best critical writing is creative. The
present article is the outcome of creative writing meant for lay readers. As such free style is the methodology adopted so
that the pleasure of reading can be enjoyed by the common mass. As you may know Francis Bacon (1561-1626), the
immortal essayist, wrote many essays and notably, “Of Love”, “Of Friendship”, “Of Ambition”, “Of Studies”, etc. The
myriad-minded genius rightly pointed out that all the words of the dictionary can be the themes of essays one can write.
But little has been done, in this regard since his death, in order to finish his unfinished monumental works. In fact Bacon's
way of presentation, i.e., his unique style kindled the imagination already in me and encouraged me as well to write essays,
in the light of creative writing, thus to get relief through Catharsis.

OF SOLVENT

The solvent is having enough money to pay one’s debts. It is able to meet all financial responsibilities. It is money
enough to solve all pecuniary liabilities. It means not in debt e.g. a solvent company.

Further, the solvent is having the power of dissolving. It is causing solution. Technically, the solvent is something
that can dissolve solute i.e. other substance e.g. solvent cleaners. It is a substance, especially a liquid, which dissolves or
can dissolve solute to form a solution e.g. industrial solvent for removing oil. The solvent is greater than solute in quantity
or volume.

Also, it is something that solves or explains. Solvency is a solvent condition. It is a solvent state or quality. It is able to pay
all just debts. Solvency is a chemical interaction, as hydrolysis, between a solute and solvent, with the production of new
compounds.

The solvent is able to solve or dissolve. It is that component of a solution which is present in excess, or whose
physical state is the same as that of the solution. It is a solvent liquid, etc. For example: Water is the commonest solvent.
Alcohol is a solvent of resinous substances.

Both solvent and solute may be liquid. All liquid cannot mix with another liquid due to unequal chemical

property, e.g. water and oil. Solvent abuse is self-intoxication by inhaling the fumes given off by various solvents i.e.
adhesives, petrol, etc.

The solvent is weakening the hold of traditions or beliefs. It is a dissolving or weakening agent, e.g. science as a
solvent of superstition. It breaks belief. It breaks tradition. Present age suffers from Solvolysis if it is judged in that
respect. Thus solvency breaks all barriers and crosses all boundaries with its immense power of revolution.

Solvency means richness. A person may be rich either by money or by the mind. A blessed soul is rich by both.
Blessed soul is very uncommon. Very few people are blessed. This answers why we see very few blessed people around
us.

Common people are deprived from the blessings of solvency. As such, they suffer a miserable life from cradle to
grave.

Richness of the mind is superior to money. Money is volatile in nature. Today’s moneyed man may be a
moneyless tomorrow. Money renders a person proud. All cannot bear the warmth of money. It causes haughty behavior.
Haughtiness isolates a person from society. He is hated by all. He is avoided by all. In contrast, a wide-hearted person who
is rich in mind will be remembered forever.

A solvent person if be better then he is good. If the person is bad, then he is more than bad. In reality, the power of
bad man is more than a good man. Though, goodness always wins. It may not be instant. It is just like constant like
universal truth. Man becomes restless. He wants instant result, like instant coffee. However, Good Samaritan wins at last.

A solvent is a liquid. It both dissolves and dilutes as well. The merit of it is that it dissolves. Its demerit is that it
dilutes the situation. Though, dilution is an important factor in homeopathy.

Seriousness is the antonym of dilution. As such, serious people are alert and avoid it. Serious people are engaged
in serious matter to maintain the gravity of the matter till the completion of the project. Under no circumstances they dilute
the situation.

Casual people are not fit for serious jobs. They cannot hold long the concentration of any matter. Concentration is
a crucial factor for the outcome of any job. They like to dilute. As such, they dilute. So concentration and subsequent
dilution are an art. All is not artistic. So the mechanism of optimum dilution in different proportion, as per situation, is the
job of an expert artist. Also an artist paints through dilution of the color as per sweet will to highlight imagination in the
canvas.

If a wise person is engaged in casual jobs, then right man is posted in the wrong position. It is an example of
dilution. Conversely, if a callous person is engaged in a serious job, then they call it wrong man in the wrong position. It is
an example of more dilution. As such, posting of right man in the right place is a very crucial factor. The right person can
do any job anywhere, which the wrong person cannot. So wrong posting of right man is wastage of both time and money.

A solvent person may or may not repay the debt. Repayment of debt is a personality trait. It depends on the

solvency of mind. Having sufficient money does not guarantee repayment always. A miser knows only to take. He dislikes
to pay. A status conscious person is afraid of debt. He likes not to remain indebted.

Someone takes a loan and repays in time. Someone takes loan not to repay. He is a sincere defaulter. He is a
permanent cheater. Cheating is his profession. He promises to pay in time while he accepts loan. Then he avoids the lender
through various tricks. The money lender failed to identify his real identity. However, he does not get a loan next time.
Then this genius cheater goes to another lender

Repayment of loan in time counts good will. Good will is a great asset in business transactions. It confirms
transparency. Such a person does not run after money, rather money runs after him. Thus the banker runs after him for
disbursing further loan. A banker wants to invest money for the extension of his business. He is the right person for
investment without any kind of risk or tension.

In fact good will is more valuable than money. If a person has good will, then he can do business without money.
But a moneyed man having no good will does not get any goods on credit. No-one believes him for his bad payment. He
has to purchase in cash always. For this, huge money is required. But the investment of huge money may not always be
possible. As such, he cannot enjoy big turnover. But the person, having good will, experiences huge turnover. Good will
is an alias and akin to unlimited cash. This is his commercial success through classical strategy.

If solvency is a blessing scarcity is a curse. Very few people are solvent. Most of the people suffer from scarcity.
All try but few succeed. Solvent person is powerful. Rich people are powerful due to huge money. So, solvency means
power. As such everybody respects and is afraid of a solvent person.

If a person has money he is solvent. Through money he can solve all the mundane affairs. As such a solvent
person is confident. This confidence is the outcome of money. If a person is rich both in knowledge and money, then he is
the greatest of all.

A solvent student is confident. He is confident since he has reading from first page to last page of the book. He
can write the answer of any question from any corner of the subject.

CONCLUSION

A wise is solvent in knowledge. A king is solvent in money. A rich king is honored only in his own country. A
wise is honored everywhere in every age. Thus he breaks all barriers and crosses all boundaries with his immense wisdom.
Here lies the superiority of knowledge over money. Thus, where the money ends wisdom begins. Money is local, wisdom
is global. Here lies the uniqueness of solvent rather than unique solvent.
