Japan Karate Association Southern Philippines


A team of 33 top karateka's travelled to Iligan City, Philippines on the 24th of
June 2018 to participate in and represent the Japan Karate Association Molestie ornare amet

over the Philippines.

John Mark Marquino, Assistant Instructors,
Senior Police Officer Adolfo Mercado and Police
Intelligence Officer, Fernan Labrador returned to
Cagayan de Oro City on Sunday 24th of June
2018 bringing 16 Gold Medals, 17 Silver Medals
and 8 Bronze Medals. An exuberating
performance by the karate team.

Karate Instructor, Shihan Ernesto Naive was


ellated at these results and mentioned that the
team trained tirelessly and was ready for some
tough competition. Exhilarating performance by
senior female individual kata competitor, Cherie
Rubiato won gold in this event, echoed by senior
male individual kata competitor Jestoni
Respecia. Senior female kumite champion was
awarded to Anne Katherine Gabor whilst double
gold was awarded to Rhenzel Amora for winning
the junior female kata and kumite category and
Cedrick Maverick Dadulas for the male category.
