How to develop Platoo’s Employee Scheduling System?

The main goal of this study is to develop a system that improves the slow

Scheduling of Employee due to manual procedures. It provides accurate and

consistent information in terms of their schedule in work.

Specific statement of the problem

1. How can the system fix time schedule if work load demand varies over a 24-
hour day and a 7-day week?

2. What to do if there is a demand for immediate service that cannot be backlogged?

3. How can the system fix if the demand load is met by employees who work
according to a fixed schedule of daily shifts, i.e., the employees are not "on call" all
the time.

4.How to make it much more easier and faster for the manager to know which
branch is still lack of workers?
5. What to do if work shifts may overlap in time.

6. How can the system improve the objective of the schedules?

7. How to lessen miscalculations of workers work time cause of human errors?
