9. I voluntarily submit my candidacy to a consensus for national officers pursuant to
Title II of the Resolution prescribing the rules and regulations of the 2019 USC LEX
Circle Elections, in order to give effect to the will of the membership, I do hereby
irrevocably authorize the withdrawal of my nomination and/or candidacy in the event
that I do not obtain the requisite qualifications;
