A: achievable (this means can you actually get the goal you have
set yourself, for example if you set your goal to get 12 GCSEs but
you are only sitting 10 then that goal is not achievable).
T: time this means your target must be have a timed element with
an end, for example your target would have to say I want to pass
my driving test in two months).
2. What are your SMART targets for your career plan? Explain
how each of the are SMART.
R: This goal is realistic as I have shown that I can get high marks
last year.
T: This target is timed because I have sad that I would like to rent
the house before the start of the second year at university.
S: This target is specific because I have said the exact grade that
I would like to achieve from university
T: This target is timed as I have said I want to get this grade when
in my final year at university when I finish.
