1. Monitor quantity and conditions of fixed assets of Head office (HO) periodically, along with Audit.
2. Monitor vehicle bills and optimize vehicle usage along with their periodic maintenance.
3. Carry out safety and service audit of the office vehicles of RMBL every month.
4. Conduct TNA of the admin department employees and evaluate their performance.
5. Oversee security staff of RMBL and its premises.
6. Under the direction of the Deputy manager, take on special administrative projects.
7. Perform any other job as necessary upon order.
