1. Customer to go to link http://www.tecno-mobile.in

2. Then Go to Promise option
3. If already registered then put user name and password, else register yourself to avail
offer.
4. After login below screen will appear.
5. 100 days replacement & 1 time replacement are default to customer and can be
availed from Authorized Service Center of the company. (Same prompt will appear on
selecting these offers) Refer to below images
6. To avail 50% buy back offer please click on 50% Buyback offer.
7. On clicking 50% Buy back system will ask to enter the promo code which was given
you from Authorized service partner of company.
8. After Putting the Promo code you will see the Handset models which you can
purchase in 50% Buy back offer (The prices will be revised after deduction of the
Promo code value from the MRP of the handset) as shown the below image.
9. Select the handset and click on Buy Now.
10. System will check for stock availability and show you major specification of the
handset selected.
11. Click on Buy now option and fill the required order booking details (refer to the form
image as below).
12. After completing order details click on Pay option for making the payment.
13. System will guide you to Payment portal.
14. Enter your payment credentials and your order will be booked.
