Once this is done without encountering errors, the company has been
successfully registered and is automatically linked to your CRM.
Resolution for the above errors: Send the phone number and or
email address to Tech / Sales support group on Telegram
requesting that they be linked to your CRM.
SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE: This is best if the email used for registration is a GMAIL,
and it is synched to Seller mobile phone.
SIGN IN WITH EMAIL: Seller will have to set a NEW PASSWORD, or if email used
is a Yahoo mail or any other domain.
Linking of Companies to CRM
For sellers who are already on jiji or who already have registered accounts on jiji, you
cannot register them via your CRM. In this case, you are required to send the number and /
email address to the Telegram support group for any of the admins to link to your crm .
There are some reasons why some companies may not be linked to you:
1.Seller has a manager already: This means that it is linked to another manager, be it
offline or online manager.
2.Seller requested for manager’s call: This means seller requested for assistance by an
online manager through the Manager’s call option on his jiji profile. However, there is
possibility for it to be linked.
3.Seller has not edit company details / business information: Seller is required to go to
company details/business information and add a business name before we can link.
6+ Companies Rule (Old Buyer)
6+ or old Subscribers’companies are companies that are 6 months or more old after first
time of subscribing to premium service.
The system is programmed to automatically unlink these companies from your crm if no boost
payment is made after 6 months of first subscription. Thus the need to follow up on our
sellers. There is grace of about 2 months before system unlinks.
Premium services that can make you entitled for allowance on 6+ companies are as follows:

RESOLVING BLOCKED AND DUPLICATED ACCOUNTS
Blocked Accounts
- Seller is required to provide valid government-issued ID
Valid government-issued ID include:
- International passport
- Voters card
- Digital National ID
- NIN (National Identification Number)
Duplicate Accounts
- Seller is Either required to subscribe to a Boost
Package or provide a valid ID
Following rules are required while you are posting adverts on Jiji
An SMS which includes the Client’s Contact, the PREFERRED PACKAGE, Jiji Bank Account Details,
the Amount to be paid and the PAYMENT ID will be sent to both the Client and Manager.
SMS Invoice Format
● Seller should not give out email , password, or send a link to any person
requesting it.
● Seller should not reply to email or chat requesting for their Jiji email for a
business proposal.
● Seller should confirm any suspicious information from their Manager/ Agent
before taking any action.
● Seller should meet buyers in a public place.
Sellers should ALWAYS confirm the account number the Buyer is paying to
first, by giving their account details to dispatch riders to confirm before
buyer makes any form of payment.
