We are writing this letter to signify our intent and humbly ask apologies for our lapses due to late
information of this concern. The undersigned are SHS Faculty Club Moderators handling two levels
(Grade 11 and Grade 12) from various clubs, namely: Book Lovers Club, Toast Masters Club,
Badminton Club and St. Marcellin’s Club, who unintentionally failed to include our names in the
list of club moderators requesting for salary adjustment on Club Honorarium. In view hereof, we
would like to humbly request from your good end of the aforementioned and rest assured that
this mistake will not happen again. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this might cause
you.
