This is my concern to recommend Mr. Ralph D. Villaruel BS-Accounting technology fourth year
student of this institution that he may allowed by your good office to request and enroll the
subjects listed below in this semester for him to complete the curriculum requirement.

Fil 111 Komunikasyon sa Akademikong Fil

Psych 111 General Psychology
Eng 113 Speech and Oral Communication
Eng 114 Technical Writing

This recommendation is on account of the following substantial reasons:

1. Three (3) of the listed subjects above are under the old curriculum and therefore no
longer offered by any of university’s program due to curriculum revisions mandated by
the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

2. Villaruel’s first admission in the university was last June 2013, because of financial
constraints he discontinued his studies for almost two years and re-enrolled in the same
program when he was able, as to university residency he is about to fully consumed the
maximum limit of six (6) years for four (4) year courses as stated in the SKSU Student
Manual Revised 2018 ; therefore after this 1st semester (2019-2020) he shall not be
allowed to enroll further in the program.

3. Also consider that the university will phase out the BSAT program and the last batch of
students are expected to graduate at the end of this Academic year (2019-2020).

Your consideration will be highly appreciated.
