Hazard levels and the need of measure to lower the risks:

0 No risk
External and internal factors do not constitute any danger of limitation of
functionality of the equipment. It is not necessary to undertake neither any
calculation evaluation nor design or project measures.

1 Mild risk
External and internal factors constitute some limitation of functionality of the
equipment but without a risk of damage or accident. Calculation evaluation is
necessary.

2 Medium risk
External and internal factors constitute limitation of functionality of the equipment
but without a risk of damage or accident leading to danger to personnel or other
parts of the complex that the equipement is a part of. Calculation evaluation is
necessary, and it is necessary to adopt design or project measures to lower the
hazard. The hazard shall be descriped in functional description of the equipment.

3 High risk
External and internal factors constitute a risk of an accident leading to danger to
personnel or other parts of the complex that the equipement is a part of.
Calculation evaluation is necessary, and it is necessary to adopt design or project
measures to lower the hazard. The hazard shall be descriped in functional
description of the equipment and the elimination of this hazard must be examined
by a notified body
