Introduction:

Blood Bank Management System Software is a comprehensive ready to use software designed to
automate and manage the activities of the Blood Bank which includes Donor Registration.

Software contains Following Functionality :

1 Login :
Admin user can login with encrypted password with following form :

2 Main Home :

After Login Main Home is open where U can see all menu for our functionality. Main home also show
stock for Bottle,registered Patients,Regisered Donor,Registered Doctor.Our main home also have
shortcut menu with attractive menu. Main Home look like as :
3 Donor Detail form:

• Click master> Add donor


This form contains following functionality :

• 1It contains all detail of donor such as Donor name,Address, phon number,
.Blood Group etc.

• Search functionality : user can search donor detail with many criteria.

Donor ID, Donor name, City , Blood group , Address etc.

• Export to excel : user can export all record into excel using export button.
• Add new Donor : Click on Add New button
Admin can add new donor using following form : This form take all person details from the
donor.Such as Name,Blood Group,Age,Gendor,Address etc.

Note : Donor must be 18 years old.


• View Donor Detail : Click View Botton
Admin Can View the donor detail anytime by using View Botton or Dubble click on List.
• Update Donor Detail : Click Update Button.

Admin can Update Donor details anytime. By using Update button.

• Delete Donor details :

Admin can delete donor detail if it is not used anywhere by using Delete button

• Exit from current form :

Admin can exit from current form using Exit button.
