the competitive environment in which it operates.

1.strength:
The firm’s Strength are its resources and capabilities that can be used as a basis for
developing a competitive advantage.
The Strength of our machines are:
 It has a wide range of application in pharmaceutical, food, agriculture, FMCG
and many more.
 The machines are timely tested machine.
 We have Good location which is situated in commercial area which is away
from local residential area so that we can get access of our manufacturing
requirements easily.
 Owned patent product

2.weakness:
The absence of certain Strength may be viewed as weakness.
 We also operate in a very limited space because of which we face hurdles in
large scale production.
 Our scope of operation is limited to only 4 of pharma machinery.
 Management of staff problems

3.Oppertunity:
There are lot of opportunities which are available in the market, so our biggest effect
is to expand our operation.
 Lot of innovation and research and development can be done in this area.
 Fast developing market
 Increasing trend of customer base
 No chance of competition as having owned technical skill

4.Threats:
 Competitors in the industry from many players except for the patented
products
 Political change
 Government policy
 International factors if any
