Stall-bidding for VULCANZY 2K19.

All the Students are here by informed that, the organizing committee VULCANZY
2K19 has planned to set up 30 stalls in the Vasavi campus during the techno-cultural
fest between 22nd to 24th March, 2019. In this regard, it is here by informed to all the
interested students to participate in the stall-bidding process by enrolling yourself in
the google form (https://goo.gl/forms/TVnPfld3LqVk9bOB2). Last date for the
online google form is 02th March, 2019.

This competitive bidding system prevents favoritism and gives a fair chance to
everyone who wish to set up a stall. A base price will be fixed for each stall and the
students who have the plan of setting up the same kind of stall, will have to participate
in the official-bidding process in order to own the stall. This bids-system avoids clashes
and ensures a fair and organized stall set-up.
