Online Payment of PRC Fees
• Payments shall be
automatically debited from
the client’s account in
real-time manner and shall be
consequently credited to the
account of PRC.
• A minimum transaction fee
will be charged per
successful transaction and a
payment confirmation receipt
will be provided for your
reference.
 Payment Steps
1. Go to LANDBANK Electronic Payment Portal Website
at https://epaymentportal.landbank.com/
 Payment Steps
2. Type Professional Regulation Commission on the
Search field or click letter “P” and select PRC from the
list of Merchants

3. Choose type of fee
 Payment Steps
4. Choose Payment Option (e.g., LANDBANK) and fill-out
Transaction Form. Input CAPTCHA code & click “Submit”

5. View Transaction Details and tick box for Terms and
Conditions

6. Authorize Transaction
For LANDBANK ATM Card:
• Input the following at the end of the Payment Details Page:
o 10-digit Account Number;
o Joint Account Indicator (JAI); and
o Personal Identification Number (PIN).
• Click “Submit”
• Click “Print” to save or print a copy of the Payment Confirmation.

7. Authorize Transaction
For BancNet ATM card:
• Provide the following required
information:
o Bank Name;
o 16-digit ATM card Number;
o Account Type; and
o Personal Identification Number
(PIN).
• Click “Pay” and “Print” to save a copy of
BancNet payment confirmation and
“Continue” to return to ePP page.

Note:
• Your transaction will be redirected to BancNet
• If BancNet window/page did not appear,
client/payer should disable/turn-off the pop-
up blocker of the browser and retry the
transaction.
