Here’s how you can enroll for your Metrobank Payroll Account. We’ve made it easier for you.

Please ensure to complete


the following steps BEFORE YOUR START DATE . Failure to do so would mean delays on onboarding and salary release.

Step 1: Login to Metrobank Online Payroll Plus: https://onlinepayrollplus.metrobank.com.ph/pilot/opp/signin

Click Employee and logon using your Company Code (see below) and mobile number. Input the 6-digit one-time password
(OTP) sent via SMS. (Max of 3 tries to input correct OTP). Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions and Data Consent Form.

Company Code: CXO for hires who will work onsite; CXW for work-at-home hires who can nominate the branch for
ATM pickup

Take Note: System will block your device after 3 failed attempts in one day. During this time, you will NOT be allowed to access the
platform. System shall reset access the following day.

Step 2: Fill Out Account Opening Fields: Accurately fill out all required fields with (*).

• Take note of your Employee/Member ID which you’ll need to activate your ATM

• Ensure to encode your e-mail address


• Foreign Nationals must indicate their nationality on Page 4 – Update client profile

Step 3: Upload your Documents:


1. Upload one (1) valid government issued ID with three (3) specimen signature on a clean white paper. (please
see sample below)
2. Three (3) specimen signatures on a plain white sheet of paper (please see sample below)

Reminders:
• Your valid ID should have photo and signature. If signature is at the back of ID, please upload the front and back of ID in a
single file. Make sure the file is 8MB or smaller (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .pdf format only)
• Full name, birthday and affixed signatures MUST TALLY with the information and signatures on the submitted valid IDs

List of Acceptable IDs: (Should be valid, photo bearing and with signature)
• NBI Clearance/ Passport/ Driver’s License /PRC ID
• Postal ID / Voter’s ID
• SSS / GSIS ID
• Senior Citizen Card / PWD ID
• TIN ID / Pag ibig ID (not the Loyalty card) / New Philhealth ID (with picture and signature)
• Overseas Filipino Worker ID / Seaman’s Book / Alien Certificate of Registration or Immigrant Certificate Registration • Police
Clearance
• UMID with supporting Barangay ID/ Barangay Clearance (must be signature bearing) • Concentrix ID with supporting
Barangay ID/ Barangay Clearance (must be signature bearing) • for Foreign Nationals:
o Passport
o Alien Certificate of Residency (ACR)* I-Card accompanied by 1 valid government issued ID
• for Mainland China Nationals o Resident Identity Card (RIC) within validity period AND
o Passport or Alien Certificate of Residency (ACR)* I -Card accompanied by 1 valid government issued ID

Step 4: Confirmation and Review: Review employee information form and click “Submit”.

Step 5: ATM Release and Activation: Visit your nominated Metrobank Branch or Designated CNX Site for ATM Card
Release, sign the account opening forms and claim your ATM card and PIN mailer.
• You must bring at least 1 valid Government Issued ID (Original ID and Photocopy)
• Once ATM card has been claimed, you must request lift of hold-out by sending an SMS to 09191606282
ACT<space>last four (4) digits of card<space>Employee/Member ID on Metrobank Online Payroll Plus

• You will receive an SMS notification whether lifting is successful or not

Metrobank will create your payroll account 72 hours upon completion of your requirements. ATM cards will be available
7 banking days for Metro Manila and 10 banking days for outside Metro Manila, after account creation.

If you are unable to pick up your ATM card but have completed Payroll Account Enrollment, you may set up your Metrobank
online account for cardless transactions. Download the Metrobank Mobile Banking App and create your account. This step will
let you use your Metrobank account for online transactions while your ATM card is still in transit.

Authorized representative will not be allowed to claim on behalf of the employee.

IMPORTANT! Pl ea se note that it is your responsibility to complete all the foregoing to ensure ti mely receipt of your salaries. Should you fail to
compl ete any of the foregoing for a ny reason (such as but not limited to when you failed to submit the complete documents or failed to cl aim your
ATM ca rd), Concentrix will not be liable for your non-receipt of your salaries. In ca se Concentrix will be constrained to use other means to tender
your s a laries to you (e.g. credit through remittance center, electronic wallets, etc.) due to your non -completion of the foregoing requirements for
your pa yroll, you will cover for the charges/fees of the payment platform, and for this purpose, you authorize Concentrix to deduct from your pay
the a mount of such charges/fees. P300.00

You hereby confirm that you have read and understood a ll the foregoing and agree to all of them without any condition or rese rva tion. You commit
to compl ete all of the requirements stated, a nd not hold Concentrix responsible for your failure to do so. You also confer a uthority to Concentrix to
deduct the charges/fees as mentioned above.
