TIRAMISU

Have eggs and mascarpone at room temperature

Make 2/3 mochas of coffee and put in a bowl and leave to cool

1. Weigh 100 -150 grams of castor sugar

2. Put the sugar in the transparent plastic bowl

3 separate 6 eggs put the yolks into the sugar

4 put the white part in the white bowl

5 mix the yolks and sugar together until all the sugar is

completely dissolved

6 whisk the whites until really stiff

7 gradually add the mascarpone with the egg yolks and castor

- mix until perfectly smooth

8 fold the whites in with the mascarpone

9 crumble small pieces of chocolate into the mix

10 dip biscuits into coffee and start layering the bowls

Sprinkle coco on top and put in fridge
