What is your career order? Where do you see yourself in the next 5-10 years?

Do you
have a plan of choice? Those are the types of questions we get asked a lot when we are in our
senior year of high school, they want us to know what we have in mind of choice but I am pretty
sure no one really knows what we want to do after high school and in life. However, if you are
one of those people who do know what you won’t do in life can you tell how you did but I have
no idea what I am doing now.
My career choice wasn’t something I knew right away, but it changes over time. It went
from a teacher, a writer, a veterinarian, a teacher that teaches English to kids in (South Korean
or China) specifically there) however now it’s child development psychology. I suppose that is
my dream career although it might change in the next hour or year we will see I guess. Though
“dream” career I pick they all have a back story I suppose; like any other choice or decision.
When I was little I witness a little animal that got hurt though I can’t remember what that kind of
animal it was, but I remember asking my mom ”Why did it get hurt?” where she simply replied
“all living things get hurt” at that point I was bawling my eyes out but I knew I wanted to help the
poor little animal. But that was when I was little then it changed to be a teacher because I love
learning and educating myself with knowledge however that changed when I felt like I wouldn’t
enjoy it. Then came writing I like to read books I thought why don’t I do something with writing or
be a publisher. Then over time, I realized that being a writer is a lot and I didn't know if I was
wanting to do that but then something happened to me over the course of my youth. My
ambitions of the Mind specifically the psychology of it how we feel, how we handle the emotions
that we express our behaviors. Which gave me a high of knowledge that I wanted to engulf
myself in it. I wanted a career where I’m working with children I believe that I like children
enough able to work with them. I like to understand how a child is after a trauma how their brain
functions, how they function that's what's so intriguing to me and that's what something I want to
pursue well of course if that happens.
The location where I want to live is still unknown to me because I have no idea myself on
that but I suppose I would like it to be along the coast and close to a city, that is if I live in the
united state of course. If I lived out of the country lets say I live in south Korean I would want to
live in our beautiful city of Seoul.
For living in United state I would like to live somewhere it’s the four seasons I love the
snow even though I dislike being cold, the summer sun where I get to go on adventure with my
future golden retriever (Named Buster) who will be a boy as well a therapy dog who helps me
with my line of works. Then comes sweater weather for the falling leaf that changes color with
time finally winter where it’s cold and the snow which can swing both ways( Killer snowball fight
or having your car snowed in). When you have chicken noodle soup in mugs and playing in the
snow until your gloves are soaking wet. That is where I would like to live. Of course, that is after
college and schooling although I will be a college where I would spend my first two years in
dorms and the other two years in an apartment with a roommate. After all the schooling and the
dreadful years of leading up to my career and comfortable life where I would want to live in a
house with the family and be stable what is the end goal for me is to be happy with whatever I
choose however that could change at any given moment but for now this is it.
