The Scenario
Group Members:
Use your “Play Production Guidelines” handout to get a better understanding of
each of the seven elements of the plot. Then, using the details you have
developed about your play, fill in the boxes below with information about the
storyline of your production. If you need more space, use the last page.
Exposition
What is the setup for your play? What is the setting and how does it begin?
The horror movie set up is at our school, then at an(abandoned
mall)Maybe)where it ends. The beginning of the movie the new kid moves into
town and is introduced to some new friends who are into drugs.
Inciting Incident
What happens that starts the action, conflict or problem in the play? Why was it
important? How does this incident affect the rest of the play?
The conflict: the new kid’s friends give her a weird drug.
The action: while everyone is Trippin out, someone bad notices and starts
trying to kill them
The problem: Everyone who took the weird drugs then they started to die
except Sharyce.
It’s important because its a no drugs and also it was bring everything together.
Everyone is dying because they do a drug that messes up their brain.
Rising Action
What happens after the inciting incident that leads the main character(s) to
search for a solution to their conflict?
The rising action will be when new kids friends give him a weird drug then
everyone starting to feel weird and see things.
Crisis
What is the big and final problem that the character faces that will become the
turning point of the play?
The students are approached by some strange figures who they mistake for
police officers (they don’t speak), until (Emily) gets shot. Everyone starts to be
scared and they all run away.
Climax
How does the conflict finally end? What decisions were made by the characters
to lead to this ending?
The “bad guys”( sharyce) is killing everyone when the drug wear off. She then
realize its her.
Falling Action
What happens after the conflict has been resolved? Are there any loose ends to
tie up?
Everyone is dead excepted is Sharyce, the drug starts to wear off, she wonders
what happen she then remembers what happened to everyone.
Resolution
How does the play end? What is the moral of the story?
Sharyce is the last one, she is being surrounded by scary black hands, closes her
eyes and is prepared to shoot herself with the gun, she shoots but nothing
happens. She opens her eyes when she hears police sirens slowly fade in, and
the police lights are illuminating her face. She sees that everyone is dead around
her. Camera pans out. Cut to black.
Moral of the story is that students should be more aware of the dangers of drugs.
