One way for an organization to modify its workforce can be through recruitment as it

is based on selecting future employees to meet demands. As recruitment involve a

meticulous process, the organisation should plan it by first comparing the salary

packages they offer to their staff and comparing this to the competition, then offer an

attractive package. Secondly the company should analyse if they are an appealing

workplace and develop an image of employer of choice. Finally, the organization

should develop a criteria selection in order, to recruit the most suitable candidate.

The way an organisation manages and communicates this process with its staff will

ultimately determine whether your workforce adapts and overcomes any adversity.
