Bsbhr513 - Formative Assessment Activity 17 q1
An employee who has been with your organisation for many years has handed in
their resignation. You are surprised they are leaving and they have not really
provided any reasons for their decisions to exit. What should you do?
Conduct and exit interview to identify the sudden reason for the resignation and
understand how they feel and perceive the organisation. Determine what if anything
can be done to resolve the problem and retain their employment. After the exit
interview it would also be a good idea to develop a strategy to prevent this from
happening again.
Exit interview should be carried out at which the exiting employee is asked:
achievement?
8. What could the organisation have done or offered you to make you stay?
9. What opportunities would you have appreciated but were not given?
10. Are you satisfied with induction, training and personal development the
11. How would you describe the feedback given about your performance?
13. What can you say about the working conditions of the company?
