1. How might you communicate workforce objectives and rationale to relevant

stakeholders/employees? Provide at least 10 examples.

A communications strategy is integral to success workforce planning, and in

developing a communication plan or strategy I need to determine who needs

information, why and when. I need to identify what information these people need

and what management wants to say. To develop an effective communication plan, I

need to decide what medium should be used to communicate the information. A

number of communication channels can be utilised to ensure that employees receive

important information about an organisation’s workforce plans and initiatives.
