Aymen Abi Oula year 9

CRITERIA D : REFLECTING AND IMPROVING PERFORMANCE.

This term I have been busy with all my subjects but the one subject that I enjoyed was
PDHPE because I got to learn about new skills that I can use in everyday life. These were
looking after my health and how to keep fit and healthy while not doing anything that we
might regret, such as using drugs and drinking alcohol. The thing that I liked about PE is that
my teachers made the classes as fun as possible and tried to focus more on the techniques
when we are play any types of sports. I think overall, I did alright in getting into spaces. I’m
very good at performing creative movement across a range of dynamic physical activities.
We do a variety of sports and activities with the school such as gym, basketball, soccer and
bunch of sports and drills that we worked on every lesson. Without my PDHPE teacher I
don’t think I would be as active as before because they try as much as they can to stress to us
about how important it is to participate in sports. I thank all my teaches for the person that
they made me to look after my health and improve in my class work.
