RE: APPLICATION FOR A MICRO LOAN OF UGX 350,000/-

I Ronald Waiswa (hereinafter ‘the borrower’), age 27 and a resident of Katwe,

Masaka District do hereby humbly apply for a micro loan of UGX 350,000/-
(Uganda shillings Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Only) from Kukiriza Micro Solutions
Ltd (hereinafter ‘the lender’). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the
lender, the borrower has availed two (2) guarantors as detailed on the loan
application form attached hereto to fulfil the requirements needed for processing
and disbursement of the loan. In addition, the borrower has also pledged a 32”
Plasma TV Screen worth UGX 700,000/- (Uganda Shillings Seven Hundred Thousand
Only) to secure the loan. On account of success, the borrower intends to repay
the said loan within a period of one (1) month from the date of loan acquisition.
