Concluding remarks
The agenda can be subject of revision depending on the latest developments and participants requirements.

*Break-out session’s topics:

1. Based on what was presented, assess the status of problematic/legacy radioactive waste management. What
are the good practices and what are the weaknesses – either in individual knowledge or in the collective
group? I.e., identify knowledge gaps.
2. Based on the identified gaps, what should the WMO do to improve the standard practices? What specific
goals that could be set and what will be “success?” What activities could IAEA initiate, facilitate, or
support that could help the waste generators, operators, WMO (community of practice) achieve these
goals?

**Each speaker (Country Presentations) will have about 10 minutes for a short presentation and then 5 minutes for
Q&A. Also, each speaker needs to prepare a half-page summary of the presentation to include in the meeting report.
