My experience includes conducting risk and failure analysis, providing technical support, preparing technical
data and inspection checklist, recording equipment history to find ways to make machineries more efficient and
reliable. Once a week I prepared plans based on BSC technique to be executed by craftsmen to satisfy both O
and M requirements. The plan aims at control and reduction of O and M costs. I am a self motivated individual,
who is able to perform well under pressure and who can bring to the table capabilities in areas such as
installation of machineries, test and commissioning, maintenance planing, machine drawing, troubleshooting
and performances measurement.

I am a professional at all times and I have the expertise needed to monitor projects, and prepare progress report.
Presently I hold a Senior Engineer position, at which I have gained a reputation not only for my impressive
work rate, integrity, and STEM skills, but also to work under diverse and cross-functional teams. I believe the
analytical skills I acquired through my experience improving O and M, and the knowledge I am obtaining
about maintenance management in my current employer would make me a valuable addition to your team. Such

I have received certificate in supervision of sugar factory plants which includes modules on O and M of turbine,
pump, compressor, operations and maintenance management strategies and so on. In addition, I attended a
seafarers skill based training delivering detail modules on safety, medical first aid, watch keeping & fire
fighting. On top of that, I have participated in trainings focused on kaizen, industrial safety, English for
communicative skills, Balance Score Card, renewable technologies and self development.
