RESOLVED THAT the company has decided to apply for the Electricity Connection/ Agreement
to Water and Power Distribution Authority (WAPDA) and authorize, Mr. Adeel Ahmed Chief
Executive Officer of the Company sign and submit all the necessary papers, letters, forms, etc to
be submitted by the company for this purpose. The acts done and documents shall be binding on
the company, until the same is withdrawn by giving written notice thereof.
