How to upgrade the Onvif firmware

Download the SearchIPcam tool and put it on your PC:

for Windows OS PC:

Step 1: Please connect your camera to local network, and we suggest you
connect your camera to local network with network cable connection so that
the network is stable for the upgrading.(not suggest using wireless WiFi
because the network signal is not stable for upgrading).

Step 2: Run “SearchIPCam.exe” to find IP address of LAN on your PC

Step 3: Double click “Search IPCam.exe”, the camera’s IP & MAC address
will be displayed. If you want to search again, click “Refresh”.
Step 4: Right-click the IP address of your camera and choose “Firmware
upgrade”, and enter the User name and Password.(default user: admin;
password: sumpple)
Step 5: Click “System Firmware Version” to choose the Onvif Firmware
file(.aps), to upgrade the firmware. After you finish upgrading the firmware, it
will be camera rebooting. Please wait for camera rebooting and showing the
ip address again. Then, all the Onvif firmware upgrading is completed.
