PABASODA, owner of RUSI 125 with Plate No. 060110, Engine No.
RF156MIH5A0687331 and Chassis No. RFCPCJX2HB068731 has just change the
body of his subject motorcycle from MC to TC on November 14, 2018. Thus, he
was not able to file a 2018 franchise.

This certification is issued to and upon request of MR. ROMMEL M.

CORIANA purposely to file a 2019 franchise in the Municipality of Barotac Nuevo,
Iloilo in order for him to renew his RUSI 125 motorcycle from MC to TC registration
to LTO Office.
