The re-calibration and renewal shall be valid as per the specified state Rules (amended time to time) starting from
26/12/2019 to 25/12/2020 .

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AREAS FOLLOWS:-

1. Re-calibration & Renewal as per Sr No. : JK/H/2019-20/265

2. Validity as per the specified State Rules (amended time to time).

3. As per the guidelines every vehicle fitted with speed governor shall visit service point every 3 Months (Date mentioned above) or as specified under State
Rules or as directed by the State Transport Department for calibration and accuracy of the speed governors.
4. Spare parts (non - functional parts like sensor, Solenoid, PCB, Sealing kit and harnesses) shall be charged extra as actual and are not covered under this
Re-calibration /Renewal Charge/Fee .
5. The vehicle owner / employer shall bring the vehicle to Company’s Service point for availing the Re-calibration/Renewal.

6. Three Months warranty on spare parts will be given from the date of fitment.

7. The Company shall ensure deployment of trained technical technician and staff for providing services to the employer / Vehicle own of speed governor.

Exclusion :-

8. The Company shall not be in obligation to furnish maintenance service if damage is caused by :

a) Natural disaster (earthquake, storms etc), man-caused disaster (fires, explosions etc), riots, civil strikes, labor disputes, or due to other external influence.

b) Improper daily upkeep and / or faulty operation or misuse of the equipment by the vehicle owner/ employer of third party.

c) Installation and repair by staff or third parties not authorised by the Company.

d) Any substantial modifications and / or tampering of equipment or tampering with an Intention to alter the speed of vehicle.

e) In the above cases if the Repair necessitates the prolonged stay of the Company’s personnel at the site,then the cost of same shall be borne by the
Vehicle owner at actual.
f) If the instrument is not used with good engineering practices and the instrument is damaged due to negligence or accident.

9. Customer/Vehicle owner’s Obligations

The customer shall

a) Promptly notify the Company of all faults & defects in the equipment as soon as they occur.

b) Provide all reasonable prevention to protect the speed governor’s mechanism during Operation of vehicle or repairing for other assemblies e.g.gear box,
clutch, engine or under carriage.
c) Provide at no cost to the Company, all devices and fixtures that are necessary for Testing and maintaining operation

d) Provide adequate facilities needed for proper performance of service.

10. I/we, M/s Head Office headquartered at Gurgaon hereby solemnly declare & undertake
that I shall stand liable for re-calibration of SLD/SG’s for any and all fitments of MSG Brand SG. I also declare that RAPL shall stand indemanified
from any & all liabilities/claims for any sort of wrong or faulty fitments and/or re-calibration done by Head Office
or its authorized representatives (if any).

This is to acknowledge and confirm that we have got our vehicle bearing registration No.. JK02Y0367 fitted with
Speed Limitation Device Manufactured by M/s. Rosmerta Autotech Pvt. Limited bearing Sr.No. '67446' and Batch
No. '11/2017'
We Have checked the performance of the vehicle after fitment of the said Speed Limitation Device and we confirm
that the speed of the vehicle is set to - '80' KmpH and the unit is sealed at '3' Points and functioning as per norms
laid out in AIS018. We are satisfied with the performance of the unit in all respects.
We undertake not to raise any dispute or any legal claims against M/s. Rosmerta Autotech Pvt. Limited in the event
that the above mentioned seals are found broken/torn/tampered and more specifically with respect to any variance
in the speed limit set at the time of delivery.
