D. PAYMENT TERMS

2) All payments are to be made, after deduction of the applicable tax at source, within 30 days of the Agency raising the invoice &
after the complete handover of certificates
3) All payment will be in Cheque.
E.SAFETY DECLARATION.
1) All safety related measure Should be Considered By M/s Industrial Safety Engineers.
2) During Load Test of Equipments if any failure occurs / Incident happens or Damage to structure M/s Industrial Safety Engineers
3) Authorised Person From Both parties will be present during any Test
4) All safety Related PPE Should be Worn by all concerned person involved in load test
5) M/S Industrial Safety Engineer is suppose to cross examine every load connected before lifting to avoid mishap

4) After rectification it has to be cross checked once again & then final filling of R404 Regrigerant has to be done.
5) After completion of work Air conditioner has to be powered & performance of cooling has to checked.

so that proper decision can made if required.
7) Final Grouting should be done from GP2 as prescribed in offer

tech Pvt ltd will be held responsible as them are the competent authority to conduct such type of work related to 11KV- HT & LT

4) All safety Related PPE Should be Worn by all concerned person involved in servicing
5) M/S Shree Manglam Power Tech Pvt ltd is suppose to cross examine every load connected before final handover to avoid mishap
6) All PPE & safety related Equipment should be carried by M/S Shree Manglam Power Tech Pvt ltd.

5) After completion of work each Pallet will be tested as per SWL 2 ton .
D. PAYMENT TERMS
3) All payments are to be made, after deduction of the applicable tax at source, within 30 days of the Agency raising the invoice & after
the complete handover of certificates
1) All safety related measure Should be Considered By M/s Jyoti Enterprises
2) During Test of Equipments if any failure occurs / Incident happens or Damage M/s jyoti Enterprises (TPI) will be responsible
4) All safety Related PPE Should be Worn by all concerned person involved in test
F. WARRANTY DECLARATION
All material & workmanship is Warranted for 1 year. In case of any defect it would be replaced at FOC

1) All the material Handling equipmets will be checked at per their maximum Capacity / or available load on site.
2) All Cranes will be tested at 1.25 times of load capacity & Deflection test will be done with laser equipments carried by
Industrial safety engineers.
3) All Cranes will be tested for safety Parameters under the Factory act -
a) Safety Limit switches
b) Brakes Condition,
c) Wire rope condition,
d) Girder movement of Cranes
e) Long Travel Movement,
f) Cross Travel Movement,
g) Hoist Movement
4) Certificate will be issused as per factory act section 29 ( valid for one year ). Guidelines for Lifting Equipments-Cranes,
Forklift, Handpallet etc
5) Certificate will be issused as per factory act Section 31 (valid for Six Month).Guidelines for Pressurized equipments-
Pressure vessel , pipe line etc.
6) All EOT cranes would be tested @80% of max. capacity SWL mentioned on cranes as equipments are older than 10 years
7) Pressure vessel will be tested by ultra sonic testing machine which will be carried by Industrial safety engineers.
8) Incase if any test is found unsatisfactory or flaws the same will be brought in Notice to CRRC PIONEER ELECTRIC INDIA

10) Documents submitted are section 29 & section 31 along with competency certificate.
D. PAYMENT TERMS
1) Discount : Discount of 5 % is Negotiated on above Rates
2) Billing will be done on Actual & Final work conducted at CRRC PIONEER ELECTRIC INDIA PVT
LTD
