Euthanasia; should it be

pronounced legal?
As Philippines is a sophisticated country, legalizing euthanasia will cause a lot of uproar and backlash
for it is very "unethical" according to some people. Euthanasia is ending someone's life with their
consent or even without theirs. It is basically an assisted death as known by others.

Why do I think it should be legal? Some people all around the country and around the globe suffer and
are tired of the way they live but does not have the courage to take their own life. Those people should
decide if they want to end their life or not. We own it, we are in control of it and if our lives are not
different from living in hell, we should have the authority to end it.

Suffering from depression, sickness, anxiety, mental illness and other things are reasons I think
euthanasia should be legalized. Only 9 countries officially had it and there should be more. Philippines
is a 3rd world country, poverty and corruption are not rare to find and the country's people had been
suffering for so many years.

Although it may seem senseless, euthanasia is actually helpful and is not considered murder. Doctors or
the one who performs euthanasia usually ends the; whom agreed to do it person's life as safely and
humanely as possible. Yes, some had debated that there is no humane way to kill someone but
euthanasia has consent. The person who is about to meet their death agreed and knows what's about to
happen.

One of the good things about euthanasia is that it gives the said person time before their awaited death.
They can say farewells and do things for the last time and there are no deadline. Death is not an easy
thing to bring up but if it means that it will end people's suffering and grief, I think it should be
legalized.

If euthanasia will actually be legalized in the Philippines, I hope it will give people the feeling to free
themselves from their cruel world. To give them a chance to feel like they are in control with what they
want even for once, and give them the opportunity to be happy until their last breath.

Monologo sa Filipino- Puno ng Pino

Oh ano? Tuwang-tuwa nanaman kayo? Ngayon lang siguro kayo nakakita ng nagsasalitang puno noh? Eh
dahil sa malapit na yung pasko at ididisplay niyo nanaman ako sa mga bahay niyo tsaka lalagyan ng mga
ornamento. Ito, regalo ko sainyo.

Ingatan niyo ‘to ah, importante itong regalong ito kaya wag niyong sisirain. Ito puso ko yieeee~ Pero
maiba tayo, alam niyo ba kung anong ginagawa niyong mga tao sa mga kauri ko?? Tito ko pa naman ‘to,
tignan niyo yung ginawa niyo sakanya! Dadalhin niya pa naman ako sa star city next week. Ay! Nag-apoy
na pala yun, parang kung panong nag-aapoy pagmamahal ko para sayo!

Kayong mga tao, araw-araw kayong nagpuputol ng mga puno tapos hindi niyo naman pinapalitan! Kung
gagamit kayo ng kahoy namin para sa mga estraktura niyo, magtanim din naman kayo para hindi kami
nauubos! Kami pa naman nagbibigay ng malinis na hangin tapos susunugin at sisirain niyo lang kami.

Pero yung iba talaga sainyo, gumagamit nalang ng pekeng puno kaysa magtanim ng mga halaman sa mga
bakuran niyo. Grabe, pinagpapalit mo na ako sa plastic? Hindi naman nagbibigay ng hangin yan at
paniguradong mas cute ako dun.

Pansin ko lang, lahat na ng nauna sakin dito may talent na ginawa. Eh ako naman wala akong talent.
Atsaka narinig niyo na yung boses ko nung nagtanghal si kalabaw dito, oo ako talaga yun at nagli-lip sync
si Carabella, ako talaga yung kumakanta nung panahon na yun, panget naman yun eh mas maganda pa
ako.

Pero sige, may hinanda na akong sayaw para sainyo na specialized para sa mga puno na tulad ko.
Suportadong-suportado niyo ako kahit na hiyang-hiya na ako dito ah. Alam niyo kayong mga tao, hindi
naman kayo ganoon kasama, basta iisipin niyo lang kung ano yung makakabuti sa mundo natin at sana,
mahalin niyo kami tulad ng pagmamahal niyo sa iba. Ibigay niyo nalang samin yung pagmamahal na hindi
tinanggap ng crush niyo.

Hindi ko na papatagalin yung huli kong mensahe dahil onti lang oras natin, tagal pa naman naming
magbihis. Basta yung mga alugbati niyo sa labas, diligan niyo ah! Para di kayo bumagsak sa Science,
alagaan niyo mga pinsan kong halaman! Bye~!
