Coconut

Hot Chocolate
Serves 1

Ingredients

• 200ml Alpro® Coconut For


Professionals
• 20g good quality dark drinking
chocolate powder

Method
1. Pour the Alpro® Coconut Original
into a silver milk jug
2. Add the drinking chocolate
3. Using the steam wand, stretch the mixture
by 1⁄₃ to a temperature of 65°C
4. Serve in a cup with an optional dusting of
chocolate powder

Tip
For best results use
a natural cane sugar
and high quality
cocoa - around a
60:40 mix
Soya Latte
Serves 1

Ingredients

• 1-2 shots of espresso

Method
1. Pour the Alpro® Soya For
Professionals into a silver milk jug
2. Using the steam wand, stretch the product
to 1⁄3 volume to a temperature of 65°C
3. Pour over the espresso in a latte glass
and serve

Serves 1

Ingredients

• 180ml Alpro® Soya For

• 1-2 shots of espresso

Method
1. Pour the Alpro® Soya For
Professionals into a silver milk jug
2. Using the steam wand, stretch the product
to 1⁄4 volume to a temperature of 65°C
3. Pour over the espresso in a coffee cup

Almond Iced Coffee
Serves 1

Ingredients

• 200ml Alpro® Almond Original


• 1 x double shot of espresso
• 5 x ice cubes
• Optional honey to sweeten

Method
1. Fill half a 300ml glass with ice
2. Pour over Alpro® Almond Original
3. Pour in 1 x double shot of espresso
4. Stir and serve

Tip
To add sweetness, stir
1tsp of honey through
the hot espresso before
adding to the Alpro®

Almond, Blueberry
& Ginger Smoothie
Serves 1

Ingredients

• 200ml Alpro® Almond Original


• 50g fresh blueberries
• 5g (half a thumb) of grated,
fresh ginger
• 5 x ice cubes
• Optional chopped hazelnuts
to garnish

Method
1. Pour the Alpro® Almond Original into
the smoothie maker and add the ice cubes
2. Add the blueberries and grate in the ginger
3. Blend until smooth
4. Serve with a straw and an optional

Breakfast Smoothie
Serves 1

Ingredients

• 200ml Alpro® Hazelnut Original


• 30g plain rolled oats
• 50g blueberries
• 1 x banana
• 5 x ice cubes
• 2-3 chopped hazelnuts

Method
1. Pour the Alpro® Hazelnut Original into
a smoothie maker and add the ice cubes
2. Add the rolled oats, blueberries and banana
3. Blend until smooth
4. Serve with a straw and chopped

Tip hazelnuts to garnish

For a gluten free


option use rice flakes
instead of oats
Mango, Pineapple &
Coconut Smoothie
Serves 1

Ingredients

• 200ml Alpro® Coconut For


Professionals
• 75g fresh mango
• 100g (chopped) fresh pineapple
• 5 x ice cubes
• 1 x fresh lime

Method
1. Pour the Alpro® Coconut Original into
a smoothie maker and add the ice cubes
2. Blend for 30 seconds
3. Add the mango, pineapple and a
squeeze of fresh lime

Tip 4. Blend until smooth


5. Serve with a straw and an optional

Heaven in a Cup
Serves 1

Ingredients

• 100ml Alpro® Soya for Professionals


• 1 x shot espresso
• 75ml white chocolate syrup
• Optional chocolate powder to garnish

Method
1. Pour white chocolate syrup and freshly made
espresso into a coffee cup
2.  Pour the Alpro® Soya for Professionals into a
silver milk jug
3.  Using the steam wand, stretch the product to
¼ volume to a temperature of 65°C
4.  Add Alpro® Soya for Professionals to
chocolate syrup and espresso
5.  Serve with an optional sprinkle of
chocolate powder
Almond Chai Latte
Serves 1

Ingredients

• 175ml Alpro® Almond Original


• 6g (about 4 tsp) black tea with spices
• 15ml cinnamon syrup or honey

Method
1. Pour the cinnamon syrup or honey
into a pre-heated glass
2. Fill a silver jug with Alpro® Almond Original
3. Add the tea to the jug and steam the
drink to 65°C
4. Pour the contents of the jug through a tea
strainer into the glass and serve
Spicy Hazelnut
Drink
Serves 1

Ingredients

• 200ml Alpro® Hazelnut Original


• 5g (half a thumb) of fresh ginger
• 1 tsp ground cardamom
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Method
1. Place all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend for 30 seconds or until well mixed
3. Steam to warm
4. Pour into glass and serve

Coffee
Serves 1

Method

• 150ml Alpro® Almond Original


• 75g frozen strawberries
• 1tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp honey

Method
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender
and serve in a glass
2. Add optional chopped frozen strawberries
to garnish

• 100g frozen blueberries
• 6-8 dates (soaked in water for
1 hour and seeded)
• 1 x banana
• 1 tsp honey

Method
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve
in a glass
2. Add optional frozen blueberries to garnish

• 1 x pear
• 100g frozen raspberries
• 1 x orange juiced
• 1 handful spinach
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1tbsp crushed flaxseed

Method
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve in a
glass
2. Add optional frozen raspberries to garnish

Rasberry Shake
Serves 1

Ingredients

• 150ml Alpro® Hazelnut Original


• ½ a chopped banana
• 100g frozen raspberries
• ½ lemon juiced
• 2 tbsp grenadine syrup
• 1 tsp honey
• 100ml of crushed ice
• Chopped hazelnuts

Method
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and
serve in a glass
2. Add optional chopped hazelnuts
to garnish
Hazelnut Peanut
Butter Shake
Serves 1

Ingredients

• 200ml Alpro® Hazelnut Original


• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 x banana
• 100ml of crushed ice
• Granola to garnish

Method
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and
serve in a glass
2. Add optional sprinkle of granola to garnish
