 Objective of the Course
The course concentrates on wireless physical layer
communication and builds off of a traditional course in
communications. Laboratories and projects are a fundamental
component of the course. Course gives an introduction on the
current wireless communication systems. Course deals with
the characterization and the modelling of the propagation
channel which are particularly critical in the design of the
recent technologies as MIMO.
Pre-Requisite for the Course
The preferred Pre-Requisites for the course are:
 Background from Electronics/ Electrical/IT/Computer
Science Engineering or Physics
 Fundamentals of Wireless Communication.

2. At the end of the course “Project” will be assigned to
the participants which will be based on the Practical Case
