All the employees drawing their salaries from the Accounts

Section of D P I .WB (8th Floor) are requested to collect
K.Y.C FORM from Accounts Section and filling up the said
FORM and to submit to the Accounts Section. Centrally
collected FORMs will be verified and submitted to the
State Bank of Bikash Bhavan GOC Branch within 26 th
February,2013.
