My name is Brandy Lynch and I am a part of the University of North Florida’s Bachelor of
Science in Nutrition and Dietetics program. I am set to graduate in Spring of 2020. I am
exceedingly interested in joining your Dietetic Internship at AdventHealth for the July
admission. It would be a privilege to continue my education and develop my qualifications to sit
for the registered dietitian exam at AdventHealth. AdventHealth will cultivate my confidence in
my dietetics practice and further my preparation to be a leader in the dietetic field through
clinical and community service. My goal is to be a life-long learner in the dietetic field, and I
believe AdventHealth will be a huge influence in that goal and further my passion for dietetics.

I have garnered work experience throughout my education, which includes food service,
caretaking, and customer service. I have developed my cooking abilities through volunteering
with a registered dietitian and participating in interacting and preparing meals for her clients. My
knowledge of nutrition was put to use through my customer service work in the nutrition
department at a natural foods store, where I interacted and aided customers in choosing their
supplements. I am ServSafe certified and a part of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I am
a part of my university’s Nutrition Journal Club, Student National Dietetic Association and
NutriNews publication. These three clubs have furthered my knowledge, experience, and passion
in nutrition and dietetics through many ways.

I will be a great asset to your team through my knowledge, experience, and passion to work hard
and further my dietetic knowledge in order to be the most qualified registered dietitian I can be. I
work well under pressure and thrive in leadership roles. I desire the most qualified dietetic
internship and that is AdventHealth. I would love to sit for an interview to further demonstrate
