DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into in Tanay, Rizal this 8th day of
February 201 by and between:

Tanay, Rizal, hereinafter referred to as SELLER;

residence address at _______________________, Tanay,
Rizal hereinafter referred to as BUYER;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the owner of a parcel of land located in

_____________________________and covered by Tax Declaration Number ______________
containing a total area of ________________________, more or less. A copy of the said Tax
Declaration is attached hereto and made an integral part hereof as Annex “A”.

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the
above mentioned property with an area of 300 square meters only for the amount of

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of

the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the

found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate taxes as
