According to the data collected, one (1) of the respondents which is from the

Arts and Design strand, answered that his/her basis of choosing his/her strand in
Senior High School is peer pressure. On the other hand, twenty-nine (29) of the
respondents which is; four(4) respondents from HUMSS, four(4) respondents from
ABM, four(4) respondents from STEM, three (3) respondents from Hairdressing,
three (3) respondents from EIM, five (5) respondents from SMAW, two (2)
respondents from Cookery, one (1) respondent from Arts and Design, and three (3)
from Computer Programming. None of respondents took their Strand because of
their parent’s choice, boyfriend/girlfriend and other.

According to the data collected, twenty five (25) of the respondents which
is; four(4) respondents from HUMSS, three (3) respondents from ABM, three (3)
respondents from STEM, three (3) respondents from Hairdressing, three (3)
respondents from EIM, four (4) respondents from SMAW, two (2) respondents
from Cookery, one (1) respondent from Arts and Design, and two (2) from
Computer Programming have never been counseled by the Guidance Counselor.
On the other hand, five (5) of the respondents which is; one (1) respondent from
ABM, one (1) respondents from STEM, one (1) respondent from SMAW, one (1)
respondent from Arts and Design, and one (1) from Computer Programming have
been counseled by the Guidance Counselor. None of respondents took their Strand

According to the data collected, twenty five (25) of the respondents which

respondents from STEM, three (3) respondents from Hairdressing, three (3)

from Cookery, one (1) respondent from Arts and Design, and two (2) from
Computer Programming have never been counseled by the Guidance Counselor.
On the other hand, five (5) of the respondents which is; one (1) respondent from
ABM, one (1) respondents from STEM, one (1) respondent from SMAW, one (1)
respondent from Arts and Design, and one (1) from Computer Programming have
been counseled by the Guidance Counselor.
According to the data collected, six (6) of the respondents which is; two (2)
respondents from HUMSS, two (2) respondents from ABM, two (2) respondents
from STEM, three (1) respondent from EIM, two (2) respondents from SMAW,
two (2) respondents from Cookery, are bothered by their financial problems in their
family. On the other hand, seven (7) of the respondents namely; one (1) respondent
from HUMSS, one (1) respondents from STEM, one (1) respondent from
Hairdressing, two (2) respondents EIM, one (1) respondent from Arts and Design,
and one (1) from Computer Programming are bothered about the misunderstanding
between their family members. The other seven (7) respondents which is; one (1)
respondents from HUMSS, two (2) respondents from ABM, three (3) from SMAW
and one (1) respondents from Arts and Design are usually bothered in their Time
Management as a Family member. The remaining five (5) respondents; one (1)
from STEM, two (2) from Hairdressing and two (2) from Computer Programming
have other reasons why they are bothered that might be love problems or school
concerns.

As we conduct the survey and ask them if what are the benefits if they visit
the counselor, eight (8) of the respondents which is; one (1) from HUMSS, one (1)
from STEM, two (2) from EIM, one (1) from SMAW, two (2) from Cookery, and
one (1) from Arts and Design have answered that they could gather information in
visiting the Guidance Counselor. While five (5) of the respondents answered that
visiting the Guidance Counselor could enlighten their minds which is; one (1) from
HUMSS, two (2) from ABM, one (1) from STEM and one (1) from SMAW
chooses that answer. While the remaining seventeen (17) respondents which; two
(2) respondents from HUMSS, two (2) respondents from ABM, two (2)
respondents from STEM, three (3) respondents from Hairdressing, one (1)
respondent from EIM, three (3) respondents from SMAW, one (1) respondents
from Arts and Design and three (3) respondents from Computer Programming have
answered that visiting a guidance counselor promotes their good well-being.
According to the data collected from the survey, nine (9) from the
respondents overcome their stress and achieve happiness by listening to music
which is; three (3) respondents from HUMSS, two (2) respondents from ABM, one
(1) respondents from STEM, one (1) respondent from SMAW, one (1) respondent
from Arts and Design, and one (1) respondents from Computer Programming
choose that answer. On the other hand, eleven (12) of the respondents in which;
one (1) respondents from HUMSS, one (1) respondent from ABM, two (2)
respondents from STEM, two (2) from Hairdressing, one (1) respondent from EIM,
four (4) respondents from SMAW and one (1) respondents from Cookery answered
that comfort form their friends could relieve their stress and does make them
happy. The other six (6) of the respondents which; one (1) respondent of
Hairdressing, two (2) respondents of EIM, one (1) respondents of Cookery and two
(2) Arts and Design respondents have answered that their happiness and the one
that relieves their stress are their Inspiration from special someone. While the three
(3) respondents left which is: one (1) respondents from Hairdressing, two (2)
respondents from EIM, one (1) respondents from Cookery and two (2) have other
ways to relieve their stress like playing online games, watching videos and comfort
from their family that could make them happy also.

According to the data collected, seventeen (17) of the respondents which;


two (2) respondents from HUMSS, three (3) respondents from ABM, one (1)
respondent from STEM, two (2) respondents from Hairdressing, two (2)
respondents from EIM, three (3) respondents from SMAW, one (1) respondent
from Cookery, one (1) respondent from Arts and Design, and two (2) respondents
from Computer Programming answered that the thing that triggers their stress are
school projects. On the other hand, six (6) of the respondents which is; two (2)
respondents from HUMSS, one (1) respondent from STEM, one (1) respondent
from EIM and two (2) respondents from Arts and Design are stressed because of
their family problems. No one of the respondents were stressed by bullying but
five (5) of the respondents which; one (1) respondent from ABM, one (1)
respondent from Hairdressing, two (2) respondents from SMAW and one (1) from
Cookery have answered that they were stressed because of financial problem. The
remaining two (2) respondents have their other reason why are they stressed.
According to the data collected, twenty-two (22) of the respondents which
is; two (2) respondents from HUMSS, three (3) respondents from ABM, two (2)
respondents from STEM, three (3) respondents from Hairdressing, three (3)
respondents from EIM, five (5) respondents from SMAW, two (2) respondents
from Cookery, one (1) respondent from Arts and Design and one (1) respondent
from Computer Programming answers that their distance from school does not
hinders their Academic Performance. On the other hand, eight (8) respondents
which is; two (2) respondents from HUMSS, one (1) respondent from ABM, two
(2) respondents from STEM, one (1) respondent from Arts and Design, two (2)
respondents from Computer Programming answers that their distance from school
hinders their Academic Performance.

According to the data collected, twenty-seven (27) of the respondents in


which; four (4) respondents from HUMSS, four (4) respondents from ABM, four
(4) respondents from STEM, three (3) respondents from Hairdressing, three (3)
respondents from EIM, three (3) respondents from SMAW, two (2) respondents
from Cookery, one (1) respondent from Arts and Design, and three (3) respondents
from Computer Programming have said that having a Guidance Counselor is
beneficial to our school because they give advises to the students that could
improve their studies. On the other hand, the two (2) respondents which is from
SMAW answered that having a Guidance Counselor is not beneficial to our school
because they don’t have any great contribution to our school. The remaining one
(1) respondent from Arts and Design answered that having a Guidance Counselor
is beneficial to our school because they can save students with suicidal thoughts.
None of the students answered that having a Guidance Counselor is not beneficial
to our school because they add up to the stress of the students.
According to the data collected, seven (7) of the respondents in which: one
(1) respondent from HUMSS, two (2) respondents from ABM, one (1) respondent
from STEM, one (1) respondent from Arts and Design, and one (1) respondent
from Computer Programming answered that a good Counselor is approachable and
can keep the secrets of the client/student. The six (6) respondents in which; one (1)
respondent from HUMSS, one (1) respondent from Hairdressing, three (3)
respondents from EIM and one (1) respondent from SMAW, answered that a good
Counselor can respect and accept the Client’s feelings. The two respondents in
which one (1) is HUMSS and the other one (1) is Hairdressing answered that the
best characteristics of a Counselor is Responsible and Caring. The fifteen (15)
respondents which; one (1) respondent from HUMSS, two (2) respondents from
ABM, three (3) respondents from STEM, one (1) respondent from Hairdressing,
four (4) respondents from SMAW, two (2) respondents from Cookery, one (1)
respondent from Arts and Design, and one (1) respondent from Computer
Programming, answered that the best characteristics of a Counselor is that they can
guide the client to take the right path or decision. While the other one (1)
respondent of Computer Programming doesn’t know the good characteristics of a
good counselor because he hasn’t visited a counselor.
