GUIDE LINES FOR TECHNICAL STUDENTS


“List of documents which are acceptable for verification:”
➢ Dear students you have to upload and verify below documents which are acceptable for
scrutiny. Check all the necessary documents which are required for verification.
➢ Use following guidelines

• For fresh application below documents are required:

1) Parent’s self-declaration
2) HSC marksheet / diploma provisional or actual certificate
3) COLLEGE certificate as per given format on website of mysy.
4) Admission letter :
• In case of admission taken through ACPC than you have to upload admission
slip . check example.
• If student take admission in VQ through ACPC than upload ACPC VQ ADMISSION
letter as shown below.

• If student take admission in MQ or VQ via college than upload ACPC endorsement


letter as shown below.
• If student has been uploaded admission letter given by college in case of MQ/VQ
than they have to upload ACPC endorsement letter and without it verification will not
done.
• If student got admission through JEE than check JEE number in admission letter.

➢ If student has taken admission other than ACPC or


in other state of india than he/she has to provide
their all relevant documents. Because if student is
not admitted or endorsed through ACPC then he/she
does not has ACPC documents. In that case they
have to provide authentic documents provided by
their college or university.
5) Hostel fees receipt or rent agreement.:
• Student have to upload valid hostel fees receipt which include hostel name,
address, logo, registration number, seal, sign and revenue stamp. Some of valid
receipt given here.

• In case of rent agreement, it is compulsory that agreement should be in between of


student and owner. In case of below 18-year student rent agreement required between
students’ parent and owner. Voucher slip or bhada cheeththee is not valid. so, if
student upload that type of documents then they have to upload valid proof.
• Rent agreement should be of the scholarship year.
• Below hostel receipt , rent slip(bhada cheeththee),or PG HOUSE RECEIPT not
acceptable. So if any students has this type of documents than he/she has to
produce valid hostel slip or rent agreement.
6) Tuition fees receipt of full amount per semester :
• You have to pay tuition fee as per sanctioned by FRC. If student had paid token
money during admission then remaining tuition fees receipt must require.

• Also check in college tuition fees receipt which mention tuition fees instead of college
fees or admission fees, fees, etc. Because we have to sanction only tuition fees.
• If student got any discount and scholarship then student have to upload letter given by
college in case of less fees paid. See example of it

• Some of students upload bank challan of fees which are not valid. example
7) Income certificate :
• It should be on name of his/her father and checked its validity as income certificate
is valid for 3 years after issue. If income certificate is expired than ask them for
new certificate.
• Certificate is valid if it is issued by MAMALATDAR, Dy-
MAMALATADAR, TDO, DDO only . Example :


• If student has present income certificate of mother or other guardian then ask him
clarification regarding father’s income. In case of death of father or separation of
mother – father (student is in mother’s custody) then and then mother’s income
certificate will be accepted. In case of separation if custody of student is given to
father than fathers income certificate must require. For above case, relative
documents must require.
• If family income is more than 2.5 lac than ITR for ay 2019-20 is required and if
income is less than 2.5 lac than self-declaration of parents must require.
• If income is more than 6 lacs (gross+other) than he/she is not eligible (except other
income is earned via insurance maturity, PF, PPF, gratuity, arrears house/land sale
as per gr of government)

• In case of revised return first to consult KCG after that verify according to that.

8) Bank detail of student:


• It is compulsory to give and upload bank detail of student name. Because scholarship is
sanctioned with Aadhaar number of students. So, if student has given parents bank detail
than its scholarship will not be sanctioned.

❖For renewal application below documents are required:
1) Previous year subject results:
• Student has to upload Previous year passing marksheets with or more than
average of 50% of both semesters.
• If student is not cleared his/her previous year examination within 2(two)
attempts (1st is regular and 2nd is remedial/ATKT) then he/she is not eligible for
particular year scholarship.
2) Hostel fees receipt or rent agreement.:
• Student have to upload valid hostel fees receipt which include hostel name, address,
logo, registration number, seal, sign and revenue stamp. Some of valid receipt given

instalment then they have to provide all tuityion fees paid receipt of 50% amount of
annual fees.
• Example: if student has apply for 1st renewal then they have to provide tuition fees
receipt of sem 3. If student’s annual fees is 100000 then he has to provide all tuition
fees receipt of 50000rs.
• Also check in college tuition fees receipt which mention tuition fees instead of college
fees or admission fees, fees, etc. Because we have to pay them only tuition fees.
