1-What students do-

• Before filling the online application form for the students, their educational qualification marksheet /
certificate, caste / income certificate (issued online), bank passbook, receipt of fee deposited in the
educational institution, compulsory annual non refundable fee amount of the course, Collect your
registration number, Aadhaar number, photo of your passport size etc. with the current university /
board.

• After online submission of the application and before submitting the final, complete details such as
high school / Intermediate roll number, caste / income certificate number, details of marks obtained by
the student in the previous examination, to take admission in the current course. Minimum eligibility,
course and type of syllabus, income mentioned in income certificate, bank branch name, IFS code and
account number, approved annual fee amount, categories mentioned in the application form (SC, ST,
General Class, backward class, minority class), etc., check the marking carefully, only after that students
submit their application form final.

• All students fill their application form themselves. Create a password for the online application form
yourself. If students are applying from cybercafé / institution, then fill all the entries in the application
form in front of you and after checking the print, check all the entries themselves and if there is any
error, after correcting the application form online Submit.

After submitting the application form, you will be able to get the final print for the institution after three
days, if there is any error in the application form, caste / income certificate number, income, Aadhaar
number and role number of high school / intermediate, then it will be in these three days. Will be
displayed on your login. Only after correcting, take the final print to submit the application form to the
educational institution and must take the acknowledgment of submitting the application form from the
institute.

• In the column of compulsory annual fee (Non Refundable Fees), after writing from the educational
institution, enter the amount of actual fee only.

• In order to fill the application form (starting from 01 August 2020) before the last date (for class 11-12
and other higher classes by 05 November October 2020), in every case, be sure to fill and submit the
application form and all hard copies of all the attachments. Make sure to deposit it with the institution
and must obtain the receipt.

• Check Savings Bank Account Number (CBS) and IFSC Code thoroughly. In filling the Savings Bank
Account Number and IFSC Code, fill the letters Zero (0) and O (O) with special attention. Select your bank
branch correctly. On filling the wrong bank branch / account number, your application will be rejected
through PFMS. Also keep in mind that your account number should not be less than 11 (eleven) digits. If
the account number is less than 11 digits, contact the concerned bank branch.

• Attach a hard copy of your application form along with a copy of the savings bank account passbook.

• Even if the student does not get the money in the first year, he should renew the previous application
in the next class, not fill the new application form. Students are required to fill only some mandatory
entries of the application for renewal, including marks of previous exam, integer, mandatory annual non
refundable fees, mobile number, current university / board's own registration number, Aadhaar number,
savings bank account Number and IFSC code etc. to be filled. In the eligible application form for renewal,
fill the marks of the previous class correctly as the marks will be matched with the examination result
uploaded by the university.

• The type of curriculum in all private sector institutions will remain self-funded. Courses in government
(GOVT) and government aided (AIDED) institutions, type of course (Regular) / self-financed SELF
FINANCE and its year should be marked carefully. Students / students received scholarship and fee

information from time to time at https://scholarship.up.gov.in and properly follow the necessary

2-what students should not do-

• Do not hand over the application to another person for submission to the educational institution.
Submit yourself to the educational institution and must get the acknowledgment receipt.

• Do not share your personal details / records such as high school serial number and bank account
number and password created for application.

• Do not wait for the last date to fill the application form.

• Fail students in any case do not apply for scholarship and fee reimbursement.

• Final print out of the application form for submission to the educational institution will not be
considered filled without extracting it. Even after amending the timelines prescribed in the time period,
the revised application form will be valid only after taking out the revised final print and submitting it to
the institution and forwarding it by the institution.

• The student / girl will be solely responsible for filling in the incorrect / incomplete / incorrect entries in
the application form and the application form will be canceled and scholarship and fee reimbursement
will not be allowed.

• If your data falls in doubtful category, then the answer to the reason of doubt is through your
institution along with the evidence. Scholarship through your institution to the district level officers
(District Social Welfare Officer / District Backward Classes Welfare Officer / District Minority Welfare
Officer). Be sure to make it available within the stipulated time period displayed on the website. If the
reply of the doubtful data along with the records is not received within the stipulated time and the given
answer / records do not confirm the claim of the student to be correct, then the data is disallowed by
the digital signature by the district authorities after receiving the decision from the District Scholarship
Approval Committee (REJECT).
