When I used to hear this term entrepreneurship first thing that used to come in mind is all about guess and intuition, big business and
lots of money.
I was literally shocked by seeing this subject in curriculum. I used to thought that entrepreneurship is all about knowing things from
your birth , you can’t learn things about entrepreneurship or may be its all about help from your family business, or its all about initial
funding u required for business.
Few of my college mates started start-up after completing their graduation , as their were from upper class family, my view regarding
start up or entrepreneurship was always wrong that
It only about idea you have and money you need nothing else, after starting business everything will come into places , but I was wrong.
But then in IIM Nagpur our professor vidhula mam changed by perspective about it .

First to be an entrepreneur you must have an idea or concept which should solve common problems faced by wide range of
people.
Just having an idea is not enough, you have to work on it, you have to know the problem in details. You should find
statistics/market expectations related to that topic.
To start a company or to be called an entrepreneur is very easy and its also proud feeling in your friend circle,
but to work as an entrepreneur is very difficult. You have to handle everything whether it is small or large. Initially it is very
difficult to make people understand about your product or services.

Meal service (Tiffin)

One of the best small business idea for women. Nowadays, the demand for home and workplace delivery of meals has increased
vastly.

You can launch your small business with low investment right from your kitchen by preparing fresh, wholesome meals and
supplying them to offices and homes.

Business games and simulation helps me in developing the ability to identify an opportunity and respond to unexpected
development, that can have a key role to play.

Exploratory Strategy. More diverse teams are better at solving hard problems .

Exploitative Strategy Less diverse team tend to act and agree more quickly.
I also get to know about Rich and King depending upon financial gains, power and control.

This assignment helps us in achieving the interaction between practical experience on one hand and theoretical
frameworks and tools on the other that is needed to provide effective development of an entrepreneurial mindset.

Now I can differentiate about small business founder and entrepreneur: Where small business founder is kind boss, lone
renger , secretive, know the trade
Where as entrepreneur is a leader , networker, open and know the business.

Using a tool like the Business Model Canvas can serve to unite your company under a clear visualization of where your
organization sits today and where it can be tomorrow (and how it will get there).

The Business Model Canvas moves innovation out of the 'in-theory' stage and into the planning stage.

I can see clearly what your strongest revenue streams are and how they can complement each other.

Or, more closely examine your value propositions and discover better ways to position your product or service to
customers. Use customer segments to find out exactly who you're talking to and how to approach them more effectively.

The Hypothesis: • The Test• The Analysis:

Hypothesis testing appears to be a simple task. Just write down a question, devise a methodology to test it, elicit a response and
analyze the results. Some entrepreneurial experts suggest that these tests must be pass or fail. In other words, either the
hypothesis is true or it is not. In my experience pass/fail questions created without consideration of other factors is not effective.
