environment for them based on the following objectives.
Practicable, hospitals, offices, systems and equipment should be provided and
maintained, they should be safe and without any risks to the health of personnel.
Before resorting to personal protective equipment, any hazard or potential
hazard to the health and safety of employees should be eliminated or mitigated as
far as practicable.
During the storage, processing, handling, production, use and transport of
articles with toxic substance, arrangements should be carried out to make sure that
safety and absence of risks as far as practicable.
Any machinery or plant and any substance or article which is handled, stored,
produced, used, processed or transported which is applied in business should be
establish the hazards to the safety or health of people who are attached to any work
performed as far as practicable. Also, such works machinery, article, plant or
substance should be further established precautionary measures need to be taken to
protect the safety and health of people as far as reasonably practicable, and
providing the essential means to apply such precautionary measures.
In order to ensure a safely and healthy workplace for all employees, such
supervision, information, training and instructions are necessary to be provided.
Unless the precautionary measures contemplated, any employee to do any
work or to store, handle, produce, use, process or transport any substance or article
or to operate any machinery or plant should not be permitted.
Under the control of the Department where machinery or plant is applied, all
essential measures should be taken to make sure that everyone on premises or in
employment is comply the requirements in terms of OSH legislation.
In the interest of safety and health, enforce such measures as may be essential.
The work and machinery should be ensured that they are performed or used a
person’s general supervision, that person should be trained to understand the
hazards related to it and has the authority to make sure that employer is taking
implemented precautionary measures.
