    1) The request is received on or before 20th of the calendar month, it will considered for effect form 1st of the same calendar month. In case the request is received a er 20th of
    the calendar month, it will be considered for processing from 1st day of the next calendar month.
    2) IIFL AMC reserves the rights to consider the change of broker request.
    3) Request Form has to be signed by All Holders.
    4) No brokerage (upfront or trail) shall be payable to the old or new distributor post the broker change.
