DELHI-SHIMLA-MANALI-DELHI
(6Nights 7Days)

Day 01: Delhi– Shimla (380 Kms 10hrs)

Pickup from Delhi Airport / Railway Station / Bus Stand by exclusive vehicle. Drive to Shimla,
Shimla is 380 Kilometres from Delhi and will take 9-10 hours to reach. Enjoy the Scenic
Himalayas from the window of your cab. Check in at hotel, enjoy dinner & overnight stay at
Hotel.

Day 02: Shimla – Kufri –Shimla

After Breakfast Excursion to Kufri. Kufri is famous for its Himalayan National Park, Poney
and Yak Ride and One can see the endless Himalayan Panorama from Kufri, after lunch
sightseeing of various places in and around, Christ Church , The Gaiety Theatre- the first
beauty contest of world was supposed to start (1887), jakhu temple, The Scandal Point,
Sankat Mochan Mandir and The famous Shopping Plaza of the North The Mall. O/N Hotel.

DAY: 03 Shimla - Manali (265 K.ms 8Hrs)

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Manali, distance of 265 km 8 hrs. And in
evening check in at hotel, Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY: 04 Manali local sightseeing

After breakfast sightseeing of places in and around Manali, Like Hadimba temple, Manu
temple, Vashisht Bath, Van Vihar and evening shopping at the local market. Back to hotel,
dinner and overnight stay.

DAY: 05 Solang Valley Sightseeing

After breakfast Excursion to Solang valley. Solang is one of the most famous tourist places
in Manali and it is a well-known Tourist places in Himachal for skiing, mountaineering and
trekking activities Solang Valley is situated between Solang village and Beas Kund. It offers
panoramic views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains and glaciers. It lies at a height
of 8500 ft above the sea level and covered with green dense forests. Evening back to hotel,
Dinner & overnight stay.
Day: 6 Manali to Chandigarh
After breakfast Check out from hotel and Drive to Chandigarh. Evening check in hotel. Then
Dinner and Overnight stay At Delhi Hotel.

Day: 7 Chandigarh to Delhi (Departure)

After breakfast Check out from hotel and drive to delhi and drop at delhi railway station /
airport with sweet memories of himachal.

Remarks:

 Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is
just a quotation. The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/ month.
 The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we
are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
 No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals,
transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather,
ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused
items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
 We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight
cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional
cost incurred will be in addition to the cost
 Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.
 Extra bed means Extra mattress.
 AC will not work in Hill Stations.
 Heater charges are extra.
 The car may or may not have power windows.
  The above cost is based on existing tax structure, if any case the tax structure
changes (vehicle & hotels) the cost will also change.
 This Cost will Not Valid from 20th Dec to 10th Jan 2020 & Festivals and long
weekends.
 In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be
matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis
of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3*
and so on.
 It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be
presented at the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason.
 We shall not responsible for any natural climate.
 We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument
during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
 Every sightseeing will depends on time
 Rohtang pass & Manikaran is not include in this package
 Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
 Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be
provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.

Check in - 1300 Hours

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be
made starting from the previous night.

Check out - 1200 Hours

Early check in & late check-outs are subject to availability.

Terms & Conditions: -

 No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals,

transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items
are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
 Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of
check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
 No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your
expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
 50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
 Balance 50% before 15 days from the Tour Starts.

 We would be delighted to plan your holiday and confirm your reservation depending
upon the availability from the hotels/ airlines at the time of making payments. For
the confirmation of the package you can deposit the amount in any branch of PNB
bank.
 You can deposit by cash and online in any branch of this bank.

CANCELLTION POLICY:

 Prior to 45 days or more - 25% of tour cost

 Between 44 and 31 days of departure - 40% of tour cost
 Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
 Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure - 75%
 Between 6 days and In case of no show - 100%

Kindly Deposit 50% advance in our company’s account to confirm your booking. Balance
50% before 15 days from the Tour Starts.
